Welcome to our Forever in our Hearts tribute page. This page is a place for family and friends to share their memories of Caroline, as well as to raise donations to support the Heart Foundation.
Caroline had asked for donations to be made to this important organisation instead of any flowers at her funeral. She had suffered with ischaemic heart disease and cardiac issues for 14 or so years.
The Heart Foundation funds life-changing research and programs for people with or at risk of heart disease, as well as their friends, families, and communities. We're raising funds to support their work because we believe in a future free from heart disease.
