In memory of someone special...

On the 4th of January 2024, my mum suddenly passed away 4 days after her 58th birthday. She was one in a million and someone i revolved my whole world around. I'm immensely saddened everyday that she is no longer here with us. 

For those of you who didn't know mum, she was the type of person everyone needed in their lives. Always putting others before herself and had a heart of gold. I'm thankful i was her mini-me and did anything and everything with her. 

My beautiful sister and step dad are running the Canberra Half Marathon on the 7th of April to raise funds for The Heart Foundation. I hate running so i've shaved my head instead to raise funds. Even though i'm fundraising for The Heart Foundation, i donated all my hair to The Leukaemia Foundation so they can make wigs for those loosing their hair due to cancer.  

The Heart Foundation funds life-changing research and programs for people with or at risk of heart disease, as well as their friends, families and communities.
