In memory of Minas Mina

Minas was a dear and very close friend over many years. He is always in our thoughts and is sadly missed. His character could not be faulted. He was a dedicated excellent Doctor and well respected in the Community.

In loving memory of a special man, a wonderful brother, and a highly respected doctor who was a mentor to all of us.

Our world will never be the same without you. There are special people in our lives who never leave us, even when they are gone. Still grieving you today but feeling so blessed to have had you in our lives. You are Forever in our hearts, Uncle Minas, love George and Mary.

A devoted and loving husband, a selfless and nurturing father, an exceptionally dedicated and compassionate doctor, a gentle and kind-hearted soul, and a remarkable man who touched countless lives with quiet grace, genuine warmth, and unwavering care. Though we now walk a life without your physical presence, your spirit surrounds us in all that we do. Every day we have your candle light on at home and at work so we feel you shining down on us throughout the day. Dad you have left behind an extraordinary legacy — not only in your work, but in the love, kindness, and integrity you showed every single day. Three years have passed, yet your memory remains at the forefront of our hearts, as vivid and meaningful as ever. I miss the familiar sound of your keys jingling in the surgery door each morning. I miss your wisdom, your calm presence, your unconditional love and your laugh. I miss the way you made life feel steady and purposeful. I miss your voice messages saying “it’s dad here Maria call me when you can hope you’re having a good day”. I miss our walks our talks, your kindness, your gentleness, and your deep dedication — to both your family, our beautiful loving mum your wife Eva, and your loyal patients — will never be forgotten. We carry you with us always. In your honour, we will walk a thousand miles and more, remembering the inspiring, humble man you were — and still are — to us. Grief has no roadmap. It is raw, unrelenting, and ever-present. It does not leave us; instead, we learn to move with it. And in those moments when it feels too heavy, we remind ourselves: if not with you, then for you. Three years have passed so quickly. In that time . The loss becomes woven into everyday life - not as something that disappears, but as something that shapes who we all are. Your presence didn’t end with your passing , it lives on in the lessons , values and teachings you gave us. You left a void that can never truly be filled but you also left a legacy we are proud to carry forward. Every Sunday you use to wake up and walk with us. We still keep the tradition alive- each step a quiet reminder of you . Of your strength and if the time we shared. You are missed more than words can say, but never forgotten xxx

Wishing I could be there to walk with you, but thinking of all of you getting together in Minas’s memory. An exceptional man whose love and devotion to his family was always evident. His caring nature most evident to me during George’s illness and more so in George’s last few weeks, with his constant presence and care. Forever in my thoughts. Dr Mina will always hold a special place in the hearts of our family. Such a kind and wise man — and a wonderful doctor who always made us feel heard and well looked after ❤️❤️
