Welcome to my Forever in our Hearts tribute page for my beautiful dad, Geoff Collins who sadly passed away on Saturday 10th February 2024. This page is a place for family and friends to share their memories of Geoff, as well as to raise donations to support the Heart Foundation.
The Heart Foundation funds life-changing research and programs for people with or at risk of heart disease, as well as their friends, families and communities. I’m raising funds to support their work because I believe in a future free from heart disease.
