Welcome to my Forever in our Hearts tribute page. This page is a place for family and friends to share their memories of Rick, as well as to raise donations to support the Heart Foundation research and programs for people who deal with heart conditions on a daily basis.
Rick was young man taken in the prime of his life, he was only 58 years young when he suffered a cardiac arrest during what was a routine operation. He was cheated of his grandkids, his family, retirement plans and dreams. I was cheated of growing old with the love of my life, my best friend and soulmate.
We had always recognised the importance of medical research, so
for Rick's funeral may I suggest that in lieu of flowers (lovely but don't save
lives), a donation to the Heart Foundation will support research which may prevent
more senseless heart related deaths.
I hope you’ll consider making a donation in honour of Ricks life. Your gift will support heart disease research, treatment and education that provides hope for thousands of Australians.
