We remember Rod Graves, a dedicated member of our mining community whose commitment to the Rescue service knew no bounds. Among the thousands in QLD's underground mining sector, only a select few volunteer for Mine Rescue service. Rod was one of these exceptional individuals. For over two decades, Rod devoted himself to the Queensland Mines Rescue Service (QMRS), demonstrating not only his selflessness but also his sense of duty to his fellow workers. His legacy, marked by service, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication, continues to inspire us.
