This page is a place for family, friends & colleagues to share their many memories of Dec, as well as to raise donations to help the Heart Foundation, who Declan had supported since his surgery
Every year on Decs birthday (24th March) we will especially remember our time with him while helping raise further donations in his memory, to help The Heart Foundation to continue its life-changing research and programs for people with or at risk of heart disease.
