The Heart Foundation funds life-changing research and programs for people with or at risk of heart disease, as well as their friends, families and communities.
In lieu of flowers, Lily requested that donations be made to The Heart Foundation. This was a cause that held deep personal significance to Lily. Having lost many loved ones to heart disease, she supported this charity regularly throughout her life.
