The Heart Foundation funds life-changing research and programs for people with or at risk of heart disease, as well as their friends, families and communities. I’m raising funds to support their work because I believe in a future free from heart disease.

In memory of Zio - a man with the largest, warmest heart, whose own heart simply couldn't keep up. We miss his stories, his laughter, and the best wine and salami he was always so kind to share. His passing leaves a space that cannot be filled, but his spirit lives on in the memories we hold and the stories we continue to tell. May he rest peacefully.
