This page has been created for the family and friends of Francesco Nasso to honour his memory and his wish to raise donations to support the Heart Foundation.
As someone who lived with heart disease, the Heart Foundation and the CROPers Walking Group were a big part of Francesco's life. The friends and experiences created through this incredible support network were invaluable to him and his family. The Heart Foundation funds life-changing research and programs for people with or at risk of heart disease, as well as their friends, families and communities.
